The Early Years Curriculum is a holistic, child-centred and exploratory curriculum that focuses on developing children’s communication and language skills, physical skills, personal and social development.

Our Early Years Curriculum comprises of four key components that integrate the key domains of cognitive, social, emotional and physical development:

Circle Time

Develops children’s speaking and listening skills, and promotes social interactions, emotional understanding and personal identity, and encourages the emergence of children’s language skills through listening and speaking.

Junior Explorer

A hands-on experiential and rich sensorial learning experience that develops children’s motor abilities such as fine motor skills, finger muscle dexterity and control, and eye-hand coordination.

Body Works

Gross motor curriculum that capitalises on the nature of children to be active and energetic.

Music Works

A music and movement programme that promotes awareness and music appreciation, and understanding of basic music elements while exploring with various percussion instruments, rhythm, songs and creative movements.

Early years learning ensures a smooth transition to the more structured and skills-driven learning of the preschool years.

Playgroup
